The effect of coffee on sleep

In a recently published report, researchers have shown that drinking coffee in the morning can help maintain alertness and concentration, especially with sleep disturbances. Alongside with it, coffee can impact total sleep time and quality.

The Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee (ISIC) has summarized all researches about coffee from 2013 to 2020. The authors argue that for those with sleep deprivation it helps counteract negative effects and cope with long-term cognitive impairment.
